Construction:

Fabricated 14 gauge steel. Flip top mechanism is operated by leveler
which can be pushed up or down by hand or foot making positive
connection at both open and closed positions. Flip Top Mechanism
allows top to be in vertical/parallel position with the column.

Attachment:

Mechanism is attached to 4" x 2.5" mounting plate welded to column
with 4 bolts. Cross members are attached to column with bolts during
installation process.
