Finding Items
There are several ways to shop on legs and bases.com. You can use the left navigation bars to shop by category. Or,
select your category from home page.

From the category page, select the option you would like. The product page will be displayed where you can find
available sizes, product features and specifications.

Adding Items to your cart
To order an item, simply click the “Order Now” button. You will be directed to your Shopping Cart page where you can
type your product quantity and either keep shopping or check out.

You can view the items in your Cart any time by clicking the Cart icon in the top right corner of any page.

Continuing to Checkout
Before checking out, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Make sure that all
quantities are correct. When you are ready to place your order, simply click the "Checkout" button located on the bottom
of your Cart. This will take you to the order form where you can finalize your order.

Credit Card Safety

How We Protect You
Shopping at legs and bases.com is safe and guaranteed. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal
information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over
the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are
securely transmitted over the Internet.

Payment Options
We safely accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via our secured server.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Georgia. Geourgia law requires that we charge a sales tax
on the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must
be included when sales are calculated.

Table Legs
UPS Ground and regular LTL (less than truck load) shipping to continental US is free of charge except Stainless Steel
Bases. All other UPS and LTL shipments (e.g. 2nd Day Air, Next Day, 3 Day Select) will inquire additional charges.
These charges will be shown on the page when you enter your billing information.

Table Tops
Prices on table tops do not include freight. Please call 1-866-266-4344 to get a freight quote.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship any items to a P.O. Box since we ship via UPS. Please provide a street address.

Overseas
Currently orders are only shipped to United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt
of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is
missing.

Shipping Damage

For UPS Shipments:
Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the currier. Please follow these procedures:

1. Please inspect all packages immediately with the Carrier present. Make note of any shortages or damage. Claim with
your Carrier.
2. Retain the merchandise and all packing materials for inspection by the Carrier.
3. Notify Legs and Bases Customer Service Department within 5 days of receipt of shipment at 1-866-266-4344.

For Common Carrier (LTL):
1. Follow procedure 1,2,3 above.
2. For Common Carrier claims, the carrier requires the recipient of the merchandise to file claims and receive
reimbursement. Legs and Bases cannot file claim and, therefore, cannot issue a credit to your account. Call and file a
claim with the Carrier in order to receive reimbursement.

Returns

Table Legs Return Policy:
All products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll exchange it or
refund your money less shipping charges if we receive return order within 30 days with all the parts in the original
package in resalable condition. Most of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return
one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Contact a customer
service specialist by either calling 1-866.266.4344 or e-mailing us at customer_service@legsandbases.com to obtain
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
EST. Upon authorization, you will receive instructions on where to send the return merchandise. Please return by a
carrier where the package can be tracked such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service, or
Federal Express to the address provided when you received your Return Merchandise Authorization. Any returned
product must be shipped prepaid in the original container and condition which it was received. Most of our products are
offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping
costs will be deducted from your return refund. Damage to returned products as well as any damage claims are the
responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product.

Table Tops Return Policy:
Since all table tops are custom made, they are not returnable and non-refundable.

Warranty

Warranty:
Table bases are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery, under normal use,
against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product that we determine to be defective as
a result of faulty workmanship. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from shipment, storage, alteration,
improper installation or misuse of the product and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. For
purposes of this warranty, normal wear to the product finish shall not be considered a defect.

Table Tops are warranted for a period of 12 years against poor workmanship and manufacturing defects. Foam edge
and inlay products are warranted for a period of 3 years. We retain the right to replace or repair at our option any
products or parts thereof which are found defective in materials or workmanship. In no event this we shall be liable for
consequential or special damages or for transportation, installation, adjustment or other expenses that may arise in
connection with such products or parts. Warranty becomes invalid if the product or part exhibits abuse, improper or
unusual use. This warranty is invalid if product is subject to caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects that
cause damage. This Warranty is invalid if the product is altered from its original condition.
