Tables and Table Tops
Tables and table tops ship free unless the cost of tables and/or table tops on the order is less than $5,000 list. In such case, an additional $75 for business deliveries  or $150 for residential deliveries will apply. Shipping is based on delivery to a location with a loading dock. Customer may choose additional shipping services such as liftgate, delivery notification and inside delivery for an additional charge. This policy applies to continental US shipments. Shipments outside the continental United States (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii), that qualify for free freight are prepaid to port and collect from that point.  If shipping address is outside the continental US, please call Customer Service at 866-266-4344 for a quote.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship any items to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address.

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of your order and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the suite number is missing).


For UPS Shipments:
Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the currier. Please follow these procedures:

  1. Please inspect all packages immediately with the Carrier present. Make note of any shortages or damage. Claim with your Carrier.
  2. Retain the merchandise and all packing materials for inspection by the Carrier.
  3.  Notify Special•T Customer Service team within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

For Common Carrier (LTL):

  1. Follow procedure 1,2,3 above.
  2. For Common Carrier claims, the carrier requires the recipient of the merchandise to file claims and receive reimbursement. MOT cannot file claims and, therefore, cannot issue a credit to your account. Call and file a claim with the Carrier in order to receive reimbursement.


Table bases return policy:
The return of any merchandise to the MOT warehouse must be authorized prior to shipment. Please contact Customer Service at 888-705-0777 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              866-266-4344      end_of_the_skype_highlighting to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST. Upon approval of the return, send the prepaid shipment to 11810 Wills Road, Suite 120, Alpharetta, GA 30009. If received in new condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product.

Table tops return policy:
Since all table tops are custom made, they are not returnable and are non-refundable.
